What is Tabata?
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training protocol developed by
Dr. Izumi Tabata. The classic format: 20 seconds of maximum effort,
10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 rounds. Research shows it significantly
improves both aerobic and anaerobic capacity in just 4 minutes.
